Hugh's father was Samuel Bushor b) July 19, 1894 d) April 10, 1952 Jessie's father was Jack (John) Kernick b) 1894? who married Mary Burton b) 1894? Samuel Bushor b) July 19, 1894 married March 10, 1913 to Margaret MacGillivray b) Sept 3, 1895, d) Sept 11, 1957. Margaret was born/baptised at New Glasgow, Saint John The Baptist Parish (I have birth certificate). Margarets parents were John MacGillivray b) 1878? and Catherine MacKinnon b) 1878?. Margaret's Godparents were Mr & Mrs John Dunn. Samuel's parents are listed as Joseph Bushor? b) about 1878? and Eliza Jessome b) about 1878? Joseph & Eliza had the following children (children's names appear on the list from Immaculate Conception Parish as well - I am typing this EXACTLY as it is written on the document I have from the Parish): Catherine Bushor b) Feb 9, 1896 Rachel Bushor b) Oct 11, 1898 (Leo & Charlotte Jessome were Godparents) Mary Alice Bushor b) April 22, 1900 Isaac Seward (Sevard?) (again, difficult to read, first part of name is correct Bush) Officiating clergyman: W H Jameson Denomination of Clergyman: Church of England Also on the document from Immaculate Conception Parish (top of the list!) is the name Maurice Bouchard b) September 25, 1887. Qrytext: I'm searching for any information about my Grt,Grt grandmother who was supposedly living in the Sydney area sometime between 1912 and 1922.Her maiden name was either Statford or Stratford from St Johns Nf,and married to Joseph M.Jesso/Jesseau.They had to my knowledge,2 sons and 2 daughters,Leo Francis,Edward(Teddy),Cathrine(who married francis McCarthy (Nf))and Angelina,but I believe there may have been at least 3/4 more children.
