Beverly Darby-Brown recorded all stones.
Mitchell's Island is on the old road to Point Edward. The Union Church is the first church you come to, on the right side of the road as you go towards Point Edward. It is next to Rudderham Road. Some of the stones in this churchyard are very well maintained; others have worn considerably, especially the ones on the water side of the church. Several are worn smooth. Under one of the trees there are two flat stones with "Laura" and "Father" on them. Another stone reads only "Brother Gordon" and another "Gertrude". Inside one of the metal fences is a Campbell section but I cannot read the inscriptions. There is also a gravesite inside a small white picket fence...no stones.
