I am looking to find information concerning a Jessie MacDonald (or McDonald), born in Judique to Allan MacDonald (or McDonald) and Catherine Manus. Jessie, whose middle name may have been Theresa, married my great-uncle, Michael MacIsaac, from Brae, Lot 9, Prince Edward Island on Nov.10, 1885. I am not sure where they were married. After their marriage they lived at Brae, Lot 9, P.E.I. until Michael's death in 1893. After that, Jessie, her three sons by Michael, and a step-son named Cornelius left the Brae. They may have returned to Judique. The names and birthdates of the children of Jessie and Michael are Charles Allen MacIsaac, born Dec.26, 1886 at Brae, Lot 9, P.E.I.; James MacIsaac, born Nov. 30, 1888 at Brae, Lot 9, P.E.I., and Alfred MacIsaac, born March 25, 1891 at Brae, Lot 9, P.E.I. The step- son, Cornelius MacIsaac, was born Jan.8, 1884 to Michael and his first wife, Margaret Ann Campbell, Brae, Lot 9, P.E.I. I am interested to know if Jessie, her three sons and one step-son returned to Judique. If any of the descendants of this family still resides in Judique, please e-mail me, as I am completing a family history.
